Shipping:
We ship twice a week, Wednesday and Friday. Your order will ship on the next shipping day.
VAT rate of 20% is fractured into the shipping costs.
We ship all European orders from our fulfilment centre in Berlin, Germany so you will not have any Brexit-related customs charges.
We ship all UK / U.S. / Australia & New Zealand and international (non-EU) orders from our fulfilment centre in U.K.
Please be aware that we are still experiencing extended COVID-19 related postal delays and your magazine should arrive within 4-6 weeks of order date, hopefully sooner. Due to restricted / greatly reduced flights we are still experiencing 50-day delay for New Zealand and Australia deliveries.
Please note we are a tiny team of two, India Miller and Ruth Ribeaucourt, who manage all aspects of creating and distributing FAIRE. We are not amazon nor a big publishing company - we handle everything on a very human scale. Please be respectful and courteous in your communications with our team and we will always try our absolute best to find solutions to all issues.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We are currently unable to exchange or refund items that have been delivered. If for some reason you have received a defective / damaged item or it is not as described please contact us on customerservice@fairepress.com.
Please note carefully that you are responsible for accurately and correctly entering your shipping address. Should you submit an inaccurate shipping address which forces the package to be returned to our fulfilment warehouse (due to inaccurate information) - you will incur a restocking fee. We can resend your item but you will have to pay for additional shipping fees which include a restocking fee of 3 euros.
